1. Voluntary Participation
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in a bicycle tour and related activities organized by Buffalo's Bike Adventures.
2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that bicycling, especially on varying terrain (including sand, trails, and public roads), is a hazardous activity. I am aware of the risks involved, which include but are not limited to:
• Physical injury, paralysis, or death.
• Collisions with pedestrians, vehicles, or other cyclists.
• Equipment failure or malfunction.
• Hazards related to weather, terrain, and natural elements.
I voluntarily assume all risks of loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in this activity.
3. Health and Ability
I certify that I am in good health and have no physical conditions that would prevent me from safely operating a bicycle. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the tour guides, including the mandatory use of a helmet at all times.
4. Release of Liability
In consideration for being permitted to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless Buffalo's Bike Adventures, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of my participation in this tour, even if caused by the negligence of the business or its staff.
5. Equipment Responsibility
I accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment provided to me and agree to pay for any damage caused to the bicycle or gear beyond normal wear and tear.
6. Image Release
I grant Buffalo's Bike Adventures permission to use any photographs or video taken of me during the tour for promotional or marketing purposes (social media, website, etc.).
7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
If under 18, Signature of Parent/Guardian is required.
